We’re looking for a Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join a leading UK infrastructure business, supporting high-profile projects across the Thames Valley region. This is a newly created role due to continued growth, offering a mix of on-site presence and home-based flexibility. This is a senior-level opportunity to help drive performance, support strategic initiatives, and lead a team of advisors across varied, high-value projects. You’ll play a key role in influencing safety behaviours, working closely with project teams, supply chain partners, and senior leaders to deliver real impact. Key duties of the Senior Health and Safety Advisor: Lead and support a team of Health and Safety Advisors across multiple sites. Collaborate with operational teams to influence behavioural safety and performance. Support strategic initiatives alongside the Health and Safety Manager. Oversee health and safety reporting systems, data analysis and performance metrics. Conduct site visits, accident investigations and stakeholder engagement. Champion compliance, continuous improvement, and best practice across all project areas. Annual salary of £55,000 - £65,000. £350 per month car allowance or a company car, plus mileage. 28 days of annual leave, good pension scheme and single cover private medical insurance. Please apply if you: Hold a NEBOSH Construction certificate (Diploma or working towards is desirable). Have experience in temporary works, deep excavations, or the water/rail/infrastructure sectors. Are confident with CDM and performance management systems (including client reporting). Have a background in strategic health and safety work or behavioural safety initiatives.
