Are you a payroll expert looking for a part time opportunity in a Seaford Accountancy Practice as a Payroll Manager, looking after in-house and clients’ payroll? You’ll have experience of PAYE and NIC as well as CIS returns to be the perfect fit for the Permanent Part Time Payroll Manager position.
As the Payroll Manager you will be:
* Responsible for all payroll processes and functions with some bookkeeping tasks
* Dealing with multiple client queries, over the phone or face to face
* Processing CIS returns, requesting invoices and UTR’s and all HMRC enquiries
* Handling queries in payment issues and ensure corrections are done in compliance with legislation
* Collating new employee details (P45/new starter form), adding them to payroll and advising them of payment times and how to log in to download their payslips/P60s etc
As the Payroll Manager you will have:
* Experience of using Payroll Manager and Accountancy programme Xero preferred
* Up-to-date knowledge of PAYE rules/Auto-enrolment pension schemes and dealing with the pension regulator
* Experience of advising employees and clients on payroll issues e.g. PAYE and NIC matters etc
