We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Skills Trainer Assessor to join our team and play a vital role in delivering our Level 2 and Level 3 Brickwork Apprenticeships.
In this role, you will:
Manage, assess, and support a caseload of apprentices working towards their qualifications in the workplace.
Coordinate in-college and on-site activities to ensure a smooth learning journey for each apprentice.
Work collaboratively with other staff to deliver a comprehensive apprenticeship programme.
Support employers and supervisors in providing opportunities for apprentices to gain the required skills and qualifications.
Guide apprentices, employers, and supervisors on using the e-portfolio system effectively.
Conduct formal and informal assessments in accordance with external examining body requirements and internal college procedures.
Contribute to curriculum development and ensure best practices align with industry trends.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, employers, and other education providers.
Actively promote the apprenticeship program and generate new business for the college.
