• Helping to establish clear routines that create a calm and supportive environment.
• Working in small groups or individually with children as needed.
• Assisting with personal care where necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
• A genuine love for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Ideally, previous experience in an early years setting (desirable but not essential).
• A Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Childcare(or willingness to work towards one through an apprenticeship).
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach, with a good sense of humour.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Good English, Maths, and IT skills.
If you are enthusiastic, nurturing, and eager to be part of a fantastic school-based nursery, we would love to hear from you!
