Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Private Medical Insurance

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and aspirational Executive Assistant and Programmes Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of LGBT Great by providing executive support to the CEO and coordinating the impactful programmes we deliver to our 75+ global organisational members.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a purpose-driven CEO, contribute to our next phase of growth, and influence positive change in workplaces worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
* Manage the CEO’s inbox and calendar, ensuring tasks are prioritised effectively.
* Organise business travel arrangements (approximately 2-3 trips per year).
* Support with member and client success meetings and processes.
* Coordinate Board meetings cycle (quarterly), Exco strategy meetings (monthly) and team meetings.
* Assist with administrative tasks and special projects.
Programme Coordination and Enablement:
* Lead the planning and scheduling of annual events and webinars calendar.
* Enabling the team through coordination of our mentoring, iiBT and training programmes.
* Lead the coordination of Project 1000 Role Models and Allies with member firms with marketing and member firms.
* Manage project schedules, communications, and deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Stakeholder engagement: Confident presenting to and collaborating with senior business leaders. Highly collaborative with a commitment to shared goals.
