Building Services Engineer– Electrical Bias

Summary
NG Bailey Facilities Services are currently recruiting for a Building Services Engineer with an electrical bias to join our contract supporting Southampton FC at St Mary's Stadium and the Staplewood Football Development & Support Centre.
You will provide an exceptionally high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a commercially occupied environment with the utmost regard for customer service.
A pool vehicle is provided to travel between sites during working hours if required, so a driving licence is essential.
Provide service support as part of a team delivering quality service 24/7, with a requirement to be part of the out of hours emergency call-out team.
Key Deliverables:
* Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance relating primarily to Electrical and Mechanical Building Services Plant and Systems in line with agreed programmes/SLA's to meet Client and Statutory Compliance.
* Complete remedial works identified through PPM work undertaken and reactive when requested.
* Carry out planned, reactive, and small works such as emergency light testing, PAT testing, lighting upgrades, office refurbishment, motor installations, and fault diagnosis to building services equipment.
* Maintain premises to an exceptionally high standard.
* Ensure that all applicable site documentation is kept up to date and compliance records are maintained for the electrical systems as this will be regularly audited by internal or external parties.
* Assist with supervision of sub-contractor works ensuring compliance and adherence to applicable H&S standards when required.
* The position is Monday to Friday 0800 – 1630. Onsite parking is available, and the call-out rota is 1 in 4.
* You are required to undertake overtime for events and where works cannot be performed during working hours.
What We're Looking For:
An experienced electrical technician with mechanical knowledge working to a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a commercially occupied environment with the utmost regard for customer service.
You will hold current qualifications to include:
* NVQ Level 2–3 (Electrical Discipline or City and Guilds equivalent).
* 18th Edition.
* C&G 2391 / AM2 would be advantageous.
* Capable of undertaking remedial and reactive repairs with minimal supervision.
* IOSH Working / Managing Safely (Desirable).
* Safe system of Work Procedure – PTW; RAMS etc (Desirable).
