Role Outline □ Project Management of the ActiveH system implementations and connected services. □ Define new ways of working to drive efficiency. □ Bring in external skills and knowledge. □ Excellent Communications skills required. □ Work as part of a project management team closely with the delivery team. □ Expected to have good written skills for project reports. Project Management Experience □ Expected to have at least 2 years proven project management experience □ Ability to follow company standards in supportable and structured documentation. □ Ability to provide realistic estimates, and then work to these agreed deadlines. □ Ability to analyse risk and plan accordingly. □ Experience working with external customers. □ Leading the planning and implementation of projects and being the face to the customer. □ Managing a project’s scope and goals. □ Planning and scheduling project timelines. □ Coordinating project staff and liaising with the Resourcing teams for appropriate allocations in a timely manner. □ Quality assurance. □ Carrying out risk assessment. □ Managing project administration, including all documentation. □ Meeting budgetary objectives and reporting regularly to senior management. □ Managing relationships and tracking project performance. □ Project evaluations and results measurement □ Application focused delivery experience with a working understanding of IT services.
