SWES provides timely and creative support to individuals in urgent need or where there is a need of protection for adults and children. We work closely with both internal and external partners, working closely with colleagues in Home Support, Community Alarms and Children and Families staff who work out of hours. We are looking for Social Workers with a sound value base who can undertake good assessments in an out of hours context. You can demonstrate a commitment to providing a safe, effective and person-centred response and support. To apply you must hold a CQSW/DipSW, BA (Hons) in Social Work or equivalent and extended post qualifying experience.
