We are seeking an exceptional talent to join us in SMB as Sales Manager for one of our Internal Sales teams. As Sales Manager you will manage and develop Internal Sales Executives (ISE’s) and drive the team to overachieve on Key Performance targets, increase revenue and year on year growth whilst providing outstanding service to TD SYNNEX’s customers.

Responsibilities:
5. Provide the team with objectives and financial targets
6. Provide development plans and performance management alongside ongoing review's and feedback
7. Work with ISE’s to prepare and review account action plans to grow accounts whilst protecting current business
8. Ensure the most effective organisation of the team and it’s use of tools to maximise sales and customer satisfaction
9. Create a motivational climate within the team through regular side by side coaching, team meetings, training, recognition and driving sales activity.
10. Demonstrate effective sales process through daily team and customer interactions.
11. Influence internal stakeholders to ensure TD SYNNEX maintains outstanding service levels in Sales, Operations, Reporting, Customer Service and Credit
12. Work proactively with vendors and/or Focused Business Units (FBU’s)/general sales to realise incremental business opportunities
13. Provide accurate weekly forecast including details of pipeline
14. Achievement of KPI’s (for example outgoing call standards)
15. Achievement of revenue and margin goals
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
16. Sales Leadership experience is essential.
17. Proven track record of running sales teams and achieving results is essential.
18. Mentoring, coaching experience is desirable.
19. Change management experience is desirable.
20. Sales process and system understanding
21. Strong communication skills
22. Ability to motivate others and build relationships
23. Develop strategic thinking
24. Experience within IT Distribution would be preferable
This role will be based in our Basingstoke office in Chineham Business Park.
