We are looking to appoint an experienced, empathic and well qualified School Counsellor to work as part of our pastoral team from January 2025. You will provide excellent counselling support, engaging students by using a variety of proven counselling and therapeutic techniques tailored to their unique and individual needs.
The successful candidate will be fully supported in their career and professional development through a vast programme of CPD provided by the academy.
King Edward VI Handsworth Wood Girls’ Academy is an 11-18 comprehensive school in the north-west of Birmingham. Our student intake is from a variety of ethnic backgrounds, making for a very harmonious and happy school.
