About You
With a track record in software development, you will be adept at guiding your team to build high-quality and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design. A trusted professional who takes pride in mentoring less senior team members. You will communicate well at all levels and through all channels. Our team is small but growing and you will need to be self-motivated, highly organized and able to multitask and prioritize.
The Role:
To lead the development of our Microsoft 365 Active Digital Preservation integration product. Working closely with both the CTO and Head of Engineering to ensure that project and product goals are met. Overseeing the day-to-day effort of our C# .Net Azure development team within an Agile environment. Defining and promoting software engineering best practices. Providing technical leadership particularly around Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Exchange, MSTeams, etc).
Our offices are in Abingdon, but this role can be either office-based or worked remotely in the UK.
