Your Role as Registered Service Manager: Lead, inspire, and manage a Multi-Building Children’s Home, ensuring outstanding care for children who stay with us for around four months. Work hand-in-hand with our Operations Manager, Assistant Manager, and wider team to deliver on our mission of stability, safety, health, and independence. Mentor your team, shaping them into exceptional professionals who can see beyond behaviours and focus on the child. What We’re Looking For: A minimum of 12 months’ experience managing a Residential Children’s Home. Proven expertise in leading and developing teams of support workers. Comprehensive knowledge of SCCIF, Children’s Home Regulations, and Quality Standards. Ideally, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. A creative, compassionate leader with a passion for working with children. A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
