We’re searching for a Senior Internal Communications and Engagement Executive to work within our People pillar - you’ll build strong relationships with colleagues throughout the business and help make our colleague experience one to enjoy and celebrate!
You’ll be responsible for driving the delivery of the overarching internal communications, engagement and culture strategies for the People pillar. You’ll also manage campaigns, events and initiatives end-to-end, having a direct impact of eNPS, product advocacy and retention…just to name a few. CSR is also a key focus for this role, which is super rewarding when you can see what a difference you’ll also be making in the community.
You’ll be great in this role if you have:

What’s involved
4. You’ll manage and implement the local internal communications and engagement plans in line with the Group’s overarching strategy.
5. You’ll work with the wider Internal Communications and Engagement team to curate and develop communications that are relevant to each individual site and culture.
6. You’ll need to write, edit and proof copy across all channels, ensuring that it’s appropriate for the channel and in line with our brand and tone of voice.
7. You’ll really promote Corporate Social Responsibility and
8. You’ll host in-person, virtual and hybrid events to support engagement, product launches, celebrations, social activities and strategic plans.
9. You’ll deploy creative thinking and utilise design understanding to create concepts that align with our brands.
10. You’ll advocate our brand as an ambassador that works with the guidelines and champions the values of our business.
11. You’ll build effective relationships with senior stakeholders, working groups and committees to help drive engagement, influencing and educating colleagues on our brand, values and strategy.
12. You’ll adapt and evolve processes that reflect the culture, protect the company in terms of insurance/health and safety/PR and report back on all ROI.
13. You’ll work with business and industry data to inform plans and strategies.
14. You’ll own merchandise locally; ordering, designing and implementing.
15. You’ll track success of all activity by documenting results, reviewing data, evaluating effectiveness and engagement, and highlighting opportunities to increase impact.
16. You’ll run colleague surveys (inside and outside of Peakon); creating and managing the process end-to-end, including action plans and supporting committees.
17. You’ll drive recognition at different levels, in different teams to support ROI and overarching goals.
18. You’ll manage local budgets.
Skills & qualifications required
19. You’ll have excellent creative written and spoken skills and feel confident writing for a variety of audiences
20. You’ll have first-class drafting, proof-reading and editing skills, and be able to write and produce compelling and engaging content under pressure and at short notice, while maintaining strong attention to detail
21. You’ll be highly organised and proactive - able to juggle and prioritise a busy workload

Experience & knowledge required
28. You’ve got strong knowledge and a solid background in an internal or external communications role and engagement ideally in the Financial Services Industry.
29. You ideally have a good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of Sharepoint.
