Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual for a one-year post within our Community Falls Service. The role is for 15 hours per week.
Main duties of the job
This role involves supporting the care homes Occupational Therapist (OT) with administrative tasks critical to a project aimed at enhancing falls assessments. The project will utilize activity monitors and sensors in care homes to support falls assessments and falls care plans.

Person Specification
Experience Essential
* Minimum of one year previous administrative experience.
* Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Teams.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic understanding of data protection.
* Able to prioritise to meet deadlines.
Desirable
* Administrative qualifications, e.g. NVQ, RSA, certificate in office.
* ICare, Rio, LAS trained.
* Experience of working in a healthcare setting.
* Experience of setting up systems.
* Data analysis skills.
Education Essential
* Good standard of education.
* GCSE English and maths or equivalent.
Desirable
* Business or administrative qualification.
Interpersonal skills Essential
* Good verbal communication skills.
* Able to work well as part of a team.
* Understanding of inclusion and diversity.
Administrative and data skills Essential
* Ability to use computer systems, particularly Excel.
