Job Title: Junior Sales Administrator Location: Hungerford, UK Salary: £23,500 per annum Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and creative graduate to join our client's team as a Junior Sales Administrator that will specialise in the company's digital marketing, social media and Sales administration. This is a brand-new role that would be ideal for a new graduate or individual who has experience and interest in creative media. The role will be based onsite at their Hungerford HQ and is a multifaceted role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in a vibrant and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Internal Sales: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and achieve set targets individual and team. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations. Manage and update the company website and online presence. Social Media: Create and curate engaging content for social media channels. Monitor social media trends and respond to customer inquiries. Grow and manage the company's social media community via various social media channels like LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. Graphic Design: Design visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts. Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines. Qualifications: Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe, Creative Suite). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
