They’re looking for a Paid Social Director to join and lead the Paid Social function, supporting the Head of Paid Social. As Paid Social Director, you will be responsible for creating innovative Paid Social strategies as well as supporting Paid Social campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok platforms, if you have experience within any other Paid Social platforms, that’s a bonus You'll get to work with some amazing, well-known brands, managing big budgets and large-scale campaigns. We're looking for someone with solid experience in running and managing campaigns, who can also confidently report on results and provide helpful feedback to clients. If this sounds like your next role, we’d love to hear from you What you’ll be doing Lead Paid Social campaigns with a clear strategy, focusing on long-term goals and delivering outstanding results. Own projects from start to finish, making sure everything runs smoothly and clients are with the outcome. Work closely with teams to create engaging social briefs and drive fresh, creative ideas. Always think ahead, identifying new opportunities and aligning with clients' wider business goals. Build strong client relationships, managing communication with senior stakeholders confidently. Manage large-scale budgets, identifying new ways to add value and quickly addressing any issues. Be experienced with platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and tools such as GA4, Canva, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience you’ll need 5 years’ experience in a similar Paid Social position, you could be a Senior Paid Social Manager, Paid Social Manager or similar, ideally in an agency environment working with a range of clients. Experience in creating strategy and managing Paid Social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest platforms. Passionate about Paid Social and being on top of industry trends. Ability to manage and coach members of the team.
