Salary: 45,000 - 52,500 per annum, dependent on experience

The Role:

* Field Surveys: Carry out site assessments with precision, ensuring the highest quality of data.
* Report Quality Control: Oversee the production of top-tier reports, including Ecological Impact Assessments and Biodiversity Net Gain Assessments.
* Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact, guiding clients through each stage of their projects.
* Business Development: Play a key role in securing new projects, contributing to proposals and tenders.
* Strategic Expansion: Work with leadership to broaden the scope of ecological services offered.
What You Bring:
* Experience: At least 10 years in ecology or a related discipline.
* Educational Background: A degree in Ecology or a related field.
* Leadership Skills: Proven experience in a senior or principal role.
* Technical Knowledge: Expertise in Biodiversity Net Gain and Ecological Impact Assessments.
* Professional Affiliation: Membership of a relevant body (e.g., CIEEM) or commitment to apply.
* Specialist Skills: Experience with UKHab surveys or protected species licences is an advantage.
* Driver's Licence: Full UK driving licence required.
* Right to Work: Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
