This leading UK managing agent is looking for a new Estates Assistant to join their team.
They are seeking an individual who is passionate about Real Estate and are keen to learn and develop. With exciting future plans, this role is ideal for someone who is innovative and forward-thinking.
With a dedicated in-house team to support you at every turn, you’ll tackle a wide array of tasks around property management, from leasing, service charge budgets and reporting.
As the Estates Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain skills and experience working closely with their advanced Property management team. You will also demonstrate strong communication skills with Clients and various teams to support and build new and existing relationships.

You will be based out of their Uxbridge office 2 days a week, 1 day in the central London office and 2 days from the comfort of your own home.

So, what's next?
Appropriate previous experience can be a Real Estate Degree, Residential Real Estate experience or current experience is an existing role of a similar nature. Ultimately Real Estate experience in any capacity and a desire to learn are essential skills needed.
