That's why we welcome applications from all backgrounds and experiences and have a range of flexible working options to suit everyone GtM Marketing Manager Here's what you'll be doing Base location - Nottingham (Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite) Salary - £55,501 - £71,634 plus excellent employee benefits and career progression In this role you will report to the GtM (Go to Market) Business Partner and the purpose of this role is to develop a full end to end marketing strategy. You will lead and manage a team of 3 Marketing Specialists delivering marketing activity, from initiation to evaluation, driving positive commercial outcomes for future EIS growth in the UK. Strategic plan: Responsible for the development and delivery of regionally focused, data and insight, audience led GtM Marketing plan to deliver agreed strategies, KPIs and objectives through compelling story telling. - Full funnel delivery: Lead end to end delivery of key marketing activity from awareness to action (AIDA model) across paid, owned and earned channels from planning to conception through briefing to in-channel delivery and performance management within budget, E.ON brand guidelines and specific timescales, ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness. - Performance management: Work closely with insight to understand market size and opportunity, and target audience to define key success metrics and track full funnel performance from brand awareness to lead generation, ensuring a commercial value outcome. Ensure E2E performance outcomes are derived from forecasting and target setting and feed the sales pipeline over 3 years. Adapt / capture learnings for future actiivty. - Leadership: Lead, coach and develop a team of Marketing Specialists providing guidance and support to deliver a high performing team. In addition, you will lead virtual teams using E.ON Business Systems (EBS) ways of working to bring together experts from across the business to deliver goals effectively and efficiently. - Agency management: Build and manage day to day relationships with agencies including creative, media and lead generation and manage cost efficiences and performance. - Stakeholder and relationship management: Work collaboratively with internal colleagues across the business including External Affairs, Internal Comms and Employer Brand to ensure communication is consistent and cohesive with a specific lens on social value. Manage relationships with key stakeholders including Senior leaders and Group colleagues to ensure visibility, manage expectation via a RACI process and share learnings across EIS Group. What we need from you Proven experience in leading full funnel E2E marketing activity across paid, owned and earned channels from awareness to action (AIDA model). Strong leadership skills with experience in developing and mentoring high-performing teams. A strategic thinker who is results focused and commercially astute, used to working towards challenging KPIs and measuring success whilst keeping a keen eye on changing market conditions. An analytical mindset used to working with data and insight to identify market size and opportunity and target audiences to inform marketing plans. Experience of driving innovation and cross-functional collaboration. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and manage relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels. Proven experience of managing agencies including creative, media and lead generators.
