FUJIFILM Healthcare UK is looking for an Enterprise Imaging Sales Support Specialist to provide essential administrative and operational support to our Enterprise Imaging Regional Account Managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process. You will be responsible for handling sales-related tasks, managing documentation, and coordinating with various internal teams to facilitate successful sales outcomes.
What you'll do:
* Quote creation for small orders – these are standardised requests that need to be created in Salesforce Configure Price Quote tool (CPQ)
* Support Enterprise Imaging Regional Account Managers with completing quotes
* Ensure CRM is kept up to date with current supplier, contract end dates, values by working with Account Managers and Freedom of Information requests (FOI)
* Producing reports (forecasting, sales results and other information) supporting Fujifilm Healthcare UK Ltd and European management structure.
* Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships.
* Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to effectively support the sales team in meeting customer needs.
* Co-ordinate Healthcare IT tenders and ensure they are completed by various stakeholders.
What you'll need:
* Experience in Sales Administration
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring error-free documentation and data entry.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and meeting deadlines.
* A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service.
* Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related software.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and build rapport with customers.
* Pragmatism and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
