Job Description Our client are a specialist Facilities Management provider, delivering best in class Facilities Management solutions within High End Corporate environments. Having grown significantly in 2023, and with a healthy pipeline of opportunities in 2024 they are now seeking to recruit a Bid Manager to join a thriving, Business Development and Solutions team. With support from a Senior Bid Manager, the role will involve working closely with the Business Development and Solutions team to create successful client solutions, crafting and overseeing creative FM bids tailored to individual client requirements, managing bid-related activities from kick-off to client presentations, researching clients, competitors, and market trends, overseeing daily opportunities, handling Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and supplier registration forms, and managing clarification questions for bids and new business opportunities. The successful candidate might be an experienced Bid Co-Ordinator, Bid Writer, or Junior Bid Manager, working in the FM, Cleaning, Manned Security or Facilities Maintenance Sector. You’ll need to be creative, both with the use of language and imagery, in order to contribute with the production of compelling, authentic bids. A home based role, it comes with a salary up to £50,000 plus various benefits, and Bonus.
