Reception Administrator role for a fantastic business in Cheltenham.
One 3-month temporary post and one 6-month post based in Cheltenham.
Hours - 7am–3pm and 9am–5pm on a shift pattern basis week by week.
£13.00 per hour.

Your new role
Will be managing the Reception area, which will involve answering, screening and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel and departments. You will meet and greet visitors and contractors, check and collate visitors' badges and deal with administration duties such as printing and collating training materials, ordering stationery, laminating documents and dealing with the postal requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have access to a car and a driving licence, as there is a requirement to travel between their sites, which are all within proximity of one another. You will either have experience in a previous Reception post, or an Administrative post that involved Customer Service aspects. You will be able to both interview and start this post immediately.
