On a reactive basis, you will work on time-critical and sensitive employee relations and labor relations issues. You will also lead crisis-oriented responses, including de-escalating and resolving workplace issues and managing escalations from senior business leadership, HR, and/or legal stakeholders.
You will also work proactively to:
1. Partner with business leaders and HR teams to create and sustain positive LR/ER programs and best practices.
