The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Account Management and Sales. This isn’t a pure cold calling telesales role, the target customers know LBS and want to speak with you; your job is to provide fantastic customer service and be highly organised so that you go the extra mile for every customer.
Visit customers in person (once or twice per month), including occasional international trips, bring your ideas to increase sales, make your bonus and progress at the company. Update the CRM system to clearly explain each business, so that you contact them at the right time each week/month
Make a high volume of calls every day (60 - 70 calls) to maintain contact with regular customers and increase sales
Work with the Sales lead and MD on client opportunities, including making offers to increase sales
Experience using a CRM database is desired
Business acumen, bringing ideas to improve performance
You love to speak with clients, understand their needs, and deliver a high quality service
Contract: Permanent
Remuneration: £26,000 - £30,000 + bonus scheme
Working: 5 days per week in the office, 8:45AM - 4:45PM
