Lead behaviour management, ensuring strong routines for learning. Foster strong partnerships with parents and carers. Contribute to the school’s self-evaluation process. Collaborate with colleagues as a committed team member. Curriculum and Assessment: Develop a rigorous and inspirational, knowledge-rich curriculum. Pursue evidence-based approaches to curriculum design. Ensure curriculum maps clearly outline intent and implementation. Plan GCSE and exam courses in line with specifications. Accountable for student progress across all key stages. Use data to identify underperformance and implement effective interventions. Qualities and Knowledge: Inspire and influence others. Communicate the school’s vision compellingly. Stay informed about educational developments. Demonstrate strong leadership and moral purpose. Work with political and financial astuteness. Requirements: Proven experience as a head of department or pastoral leader. Strong leadership and management skills. Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.
