About the Position:
Ashford School is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all students. As a Wellbeing Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in promoting student wellbeing and addressing any emerging issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing individual and group counselling sessions
* Developing and implementing wellbeing policies
* Collaborating with teachers and other staff members
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be a qualified counsellor with a diploma (level 4 as a minimum) and BACP accreditation. They will have previous experience working with young people from 5-18 years, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to work within a team as well as independently.
