Position Overview: This role is within our highly prestigious client’s International Payroll and Timekeeping group, focusing on payroll activities for various European countries, with a primary emphasis on UK payroll. Our client collaborates with an external payroll vendor, and the successful candidate will work closely with this vendor to ensure timely and accurate employee payments. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the payroll provider and other departments to ensure accurate information for payroll calculations. Validate complex payroll data from the payroll provider to ensure quality and timely output for employees. Prepare detailed payroll and timekeeping management reports. Analyse and interpret intricate policies and payroll regulations in line with country-specific requirements. Oversee payroll and timekeeping implementations at new business locations. Support cross-functional teams to enhance existing payroll and timekeeping processes and tools. Address employee inquiries promptly and effectively. Ensure system compliance by improving internal controls and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with other Boeing departments (e.g., Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits, Business Support Managers) to support cross-organisational payroll processes. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in an international payroll environment, including UK payroll experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Excel. Experience working with Workday and various timekeeping tools. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong critical thinking abilities. Advanced analytical skills. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
