Job Summary: As the Group Marketing Manager for Sam's Riverside, Sam’s Waterside, Sam’s Kitchens, Sam's Larder, and associated brands, you will be responsible for delivering marketing strategies and activities to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive business growth and keep staff engaged in all campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the business goals. Manage 6 social media accounts, 4 websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising to grow engagement and reach. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote all our venues Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing initiatives. Analyse marketing performance using metrics and tools to optimise campaigns. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Requirements: You must have proven relevant marketing experience and ideally within similar high end restaurants Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics. Proficient use of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) Proficient in other IT- Webflow, Squarespace, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok ads etc Experience of restaurant reservations software- ideally SevenRooms Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset.
