As a Machine Operator with a NVQ Level 2, you will have knowledge and extensive experience of machining operations and will be expected to focus on only one or two processes/ disciplines. As a Machinist with a NVQ Level 3, you will have diverse abilities to operate manual and CNC machinery with knowledge and experience of a multitude of machining operations.
