As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing and attracting top talent for temporary positions within these specialized sectors.
Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for temporary staffing roles in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries.
* Source, attract, and screen candidates with the required qualifications, skills, and experience for temporary positions.
* Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech sectors.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their temporary staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies and solutions.
* Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and background screenings of candidates.
* Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal quality standards.
* Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech sectors.
* Manage and maintain accurate candidate and client data in recruitment systems.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in temporary staffing or within the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industries.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
* Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in temporary positions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and clients.
* Results-oriented mindset with a strong ability to meet targets and deadlines.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
