The post holder will be responsible for overseeing delegated activities and will need to ensure that they are delivered in line with project timescales. Undertake general clerical duties, including filing documentation and correspondence using Office 365/MS Teams/shared/confidential folders Arrange Internal and external meetings, workshops and conferences. Attend meetings, which may sometimes be on a different site, take and transcribe minutes, where necessary. The post holder will be responsible for the co-ordination of diary commitments for the programme Maximise the use of desktop technology to improve operational efficiency and office processes To produce accurate and well presented correspondence, reports etc. Proof reading correspondence/documents to ensure correctness before submission To deal with confidential, sensitive and complex issues in a tactful and sensitive manner The post-holder will often be the first point of contact for senior managers, external agencies, other stakeholders, etc. This will require the post-holder to communicate effectively using a variety of methods; orally, written form and electronically with a range of people.
