Our client operate in the building and civil engineering industries, specialising in ground works, reinforced concrete structures, and infrastructure. The role
As Project Director, you will oversee the delivery of a £75m infrastructure project in Inverness. You will lead the project from conception to completion, interacting with both internal stakeholders and the client. You must be able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results and ensure the project is delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget. Main responsibilities:
* Develop and manage project budgets
* Carry out health and safety procedures
* Supporting and leading the project team
* Foster a collaborative and positive working environment
* Assemble project team and assign tasks to team member
* Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
* Monitor progress of project team by holding reviews regularly
* Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process
