Based in our Operation Centre in Bury, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our Estimates Team.
You will be comfortable in understanding mechanical/electrical technical details and translating them into easy-to-understand reports. You should be comfortable managing workflow and prioritising work. This exciting new role is suitable for anyone who is organised, a good communicator, and has excellent attention to detail.
Job Role:
1. Analyse information provided by field-based engineers and translate it into easy-to-read information to support the estimate process.
2. Ensure all information on parts and costings are accurate and relevant.
3. Utilise photo evidence to support claims and costs.
4. Provide feedback to management teams on areas where information provided is inaccurate or insubstantial.
