Job Duties:
1. Provide one-on-one English tutoring sessions to students.
2. Develop personalised lesson plans based on students' needs and abilities.
3. Help students improve their English language skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
4. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
5. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and pace of individual students.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field.
2. Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
3. Proven experience in teaching or tutoring English language.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge and Skills:
1. Excellent command of the English language.
2. Knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, and literature.
3. Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
