Salary: Up to £30,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm

About our Client:
Our client is a specialist lender providing innovative short-term finance solutions. With a strong reputation in the market, they offer bespoke lending products across bridging loans, commercial mortgages, and development finance.
About the Role:
They are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join a growing Sales team within a specialist lender. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with at least six months of mortgage or bridging administration experience who is eager to develop a career in financial services.
Responsibilities:
* Booking broker appointments for Business Development Managers (BDMs)
* Creating and issuing terms to clients
* Managing and organising case files efficiently
* Chasing terms sent to brokers within specified timeframes
* Maintaining and updating the internal CRM system
* Obtaining professional quotes and instructing relevant professionals (surveyors, lawyers, etc.)
* Liaising closely with the underwriting team
* Requesting and managing Feefo reviews on a weekly basis
Experience required:
* Minimum of six months' experience in mortgage or bridging loan administration
* Understanding of property finance and lending processes
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
