POSITION: HR Systems & Data Manager, Europe

Role Purpose:
As a key part of both the UK team during implementation and the European role out, the HR Systems & Data Manager will oversee the management and continuous enhancement of our human resources information systems (HRIS) and processes throughout Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support HR IS Division-led implementations across the region and Group HRIS initiatives. You will serve as the key user and business process owner during projects and act as the regional administrator for live applications.
Primary Project Involvement:
The initial and primary HRIS project you will engage with is the My Beauty Talent – Core HR project. Within this project, you will serve as the Business Process Owner at the regional level, providing guidance and requirements to the HRIS & Beauty Tech teams to ensure a seamless and successful implementation of the “My Beauty Talent” Core HR tool in Europe.
Project Phases and Responsibilities:
Before Europe Wave Kick-Off:
1. Coordinate all required local actions before the Wave Kick-Off.
2. Act as the subject matter expert on business processes, offering guidance and support to project teams.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
4. Identify and engage all local touchpoints involved in the project, including HRDs, HRBPs, Payroll Administrators and providers, Local IT, and other stakeholders.
5. Assist in collecting contract templates for implementation.
6. Participate in data cleaning for Talent Connect, directly involved as needed based on local HR availability.
7. Identify necessary integrations for preparation.
8. Participate in all framing meetings to prepare for deployment launches.
During Deployment Phase:
9. Engage in workshops to review and validate processes locally.
10. Lead change management actions across regions.
11. Manage relationships with stakeholders in the countries under your oversight.
12. Coordinate cross-brand relationships.
13. Participate in testing and validation phases.
14. Report alerts to the Operational Committee.
After Go-Live:
15. Serve as the primary contact for Local HR regarding processes and the use of My Beauty Talent.
16. Report local issues to the Operational Committee.
17. Continuously seek and drive process improvements and efficiencies.
18. Participate in system administration.
Additional Responsibilities:
19. Foster a data-driven and analytical mindset across the region.
20. Act as one of the Hi Ambassadors as defined by the Group, providing feedback to Group teams to drive the development of the Hi View platform and KPIs.
21. Support the transformation of the HR function towards a data-driven, digitally fluent operation.
Person Specification:
Experience:
22. Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in a key market or at a regional level in HR IS within HR or IT functions.
23. Proven experience in project management, specifically in HR tool implementation, with a preference for SuccessFactors.
24. Relevant industry experience is required, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Luxury, FMCG, or Retail sectors.
