Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transformation Programme Manager based at University Hospital Crosshouse
Hours:
37 Hours per Week
What you will do:
You will prioritise and be based within the team at University Hospital Crosshouse however will work as part of the wider team with peers within University Hospital Ayr and Ayrshire Maternity Unit (within University Hospital Crosshouse) to transform and develop services leading in particular workstreams.
You will be responsible for coordinating the management, monitoring and day-to-day delivery of the service transformation projects against the developed plan whilst managing business and project risks, initiating corrective action where necessary. It’s therefore vital that you have and are able to demonstrate relevant experience of organising, business / workflow process analysis, planning, monitoring and delivery of projects at a variety of scales, using different methodologies within health, public sector or similarly complex working environments. You will have experience of working with a broad range of stakeholders as part of a team as well as being able to exercise initiative and work independently when required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential as well as the ability to work well under pressure and have a high level of attention to detail.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
