About the role:
We are looking for a trusted Team Leader to join our friendly, professional team at the beautifully located home in Crediton. You will be responsible for running a shift and managing the team, medication administration, working with GP’s and District Nurses, and maintaining care records.
What you’ll need:
We pride ourselves on recruiting honest individuals who have a passion for looking after people, a good understanding of the needs of people with dementia and who share our core values.
Ideally you will have team leader experience in a care setting but we are also keen to talk to you if you are looking to move to the next stage in your care career.
