A leading technology solutions company seeks an experienced Customer Integration Engineer.
This role is responsible for technical customer support, ensuring seamless integration and a positive experience.
We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise in software development (C/C++, .NET), REST APIs, system administration, and PC system integration.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to deliver technical presentations, and have proven experience in customer-facing roles.
The Role:
* Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs for integrating products.
* Provide comprehensive technical support, including troubleshooting, system verification, and guidance on software development and peripheral communication.
* Deliver engaging technical presentations and training to customers and internal stakeholders.
* Partner with the sales team to translate customer requirements into tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with development engineers to ensure deep understanding of hardware and software products.
The Candidate:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role, focusing on technical sales for embedded systems, electronics, and customer support.
* Strong technical expertise in software development, REST APIs, system administration, and PC system integration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven experience in customer-facing roles with a track record of building strong relationships.
The Package:
Circa £60k per annum plus a competitive benefits package.
