An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Administrator to work within the People & Culture Directorate. As a member of the team you will provide high quality and comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to managers within the directorate.
Main duties of the job
To provide high quality and comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, to help establish and adhere to robust systems and processes, assisting and supporting in the effective running and management of the Directorate.
Answer the telephone, responding in a helpful manner to enquiries or other issues raised. Taking messages and accurately passing on to other team members.
To promote at all times a positive image of people with mental health conditions and learning disabilities.

1. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (or willing to achieve within a set timescale)
2. IT skills to ECDL Level (or willing to work towards this) Evidence of experiential training and learning in the use of IMT software packages with advanced keyboard skills
3. GCSE's (including English and Maths at grade C and above or equivalent Numeracy and Literacy Level 2
