You will oversee all the financial operations and ensure the company’s financial health. Daily duties will include: Preparation of monthly management accounts including supporting reconciliations Reviewing control accounts reconciliations on a rolling basis to aid year end Monitor the completion and production of sales and purchase ledger Preparation of year end accounts, including the provision and assistance of the annual audit Complete monthly 1-2-1’s and annual Performance Development Reviews with the team Experience required: Fully qualified ACCA / AAT / CIMA Proven experience in managing an Accounts team/department.
