As a Cellar Service Team Member, you will provide exceptional service experience to our customers when contact is made through the contact centre to advise of a challenge or breakdown of their beer dispense equipment. You will support to ensure great people in great pubs serve great beer.

Job Description
Your role as a Cellar Service Team Member
8. Provide technical guidance for beer dispensing equipment faults, empowering customers with self-help solutions.
9. Exceed department-defined targets through dedicated efforts whilst creating outstanding service experience for customers.
10. Expand your knowledge of beer dispensing equipment and efficiently allocate reactive maintenance tasks for Greene King technicians.
11. Build robust inter-departmental and Greene King-wide connections whilst enhancing teamwork.
12. Booking important planned maintenance, site upgrades and cellar repairs to ensure all of our pubs are pouring the perfect Greene King beer.
