Our client, an industry-leading Secure Destruction business based in Norfolk, are looking to recruit 5 x hungry, driven Internal Sales Executives to join their growing team. Based in a brand-spanking new office in Dereham (the first 4/6 weeks will be spent in the current Swaffham office ahead of the New Year move), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate(s)!Our client have been established for close to 20 years, and have grown from a regional business to a national operation, with 3 separate, large-scale depots across the UK. They specialise in the secure destruction of documents, textiles and media waste, and work with a wide range of corporates. Due to their continued success (double-digit growth every year since their inception), they are actively seeking the right candidate(s) to join their Internal Sales team. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:- Making outbound calls to prospective clients (c/20-30 dials per day)- Introducing the company's services to decision-makers, setting up appointments to present (over video or in person)- Pitching the company's solutions over video, handling any questions and closing sales- Exceeding sales expectations (12 meetings / 1 deal per week)In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:- Experience of working in a target-driven B2B sales environment - Articulate, professional telephone manner- Fun, personable approach to work (ability to build relationships...
