Hours: 18.5 Hours + 30 Hours
Salary: Grade 3 SCP 7-12 = £25,584 - £27,711 per annum pro rata
18.5 Hours = 50% - £12,792 - £13,855.50 per annum
30 Hours = 81.08% - £20,743 - £22,468 per annum
Promoting and supporting the digital service availability and offering appropriate advice.
Providing a first point of contact for all Council wide services to the public and other customers of Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council.
Dealing with enquiries through the provision of information, advice, signposting and referral where necessary for further assessment, across a range of communication channels including telephone, face to face and electronic / digital.
