Are you a recent Graduate with knowledge of supporting students with unique neurological wiring?
Students with ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia (among others) often need extra support to gain the most from their education. If you are a Psychology Graduate or have relevant experience with Special Educational Needs, consider this Neurodivergent Support Assistant role in one of our partner schools in Bromley as your next career step!
Job Summary
1. £500 - £550 per week PAYE
2. Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm
3. Support students intellectually and pastorally, becoming a key figure in their educational journey!
4. Encourage students to raise and surpass their own self-expectations!
5. Liaise closely with senior leadership to advance your pedagogical skillset!
6. Role starting immediately until July 2025 - with opportunities to continue beyond!
Our ideal candidate will have:
1. First-Class Degree in a related subject from a UK University
2. Prior experience working with neurodivergent individuals in an educational capacity!
3. Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and a strong knowledge of safeguarding practices!
4. Patience and empathy for individuals who may not respond to mainstream teaching methods!
5. Extracurricular hobbies like sports, art, or music that can be used to connect with students and integrate into school life (desired, not essential!)
