About the role, what will I be doing?
To oversee the daily operations of the porters team, ensuring that we deliver an effective, efficient, courteous, and friendly service to all our guests. It is essential to maintain a well-staffed and highly motivated team while ensuring adherence to product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
* Team Leadership: Leading and managing the porters team, including hiring, training, and supervising staff to ensure high levels of professionalism and guest satisfaction.
* Guest Services: Coordinating guest requests and inquiries, such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, sightseeing tours, and special event planning. Providing personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance the guest experience.
* Local Knowledge: Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, dining options, and other amenities to share with guests.
* VIP Services: Providing personalized services and amenities to VIP guests, ensuring their privacy, security, and comfort throughout their stay.
* Problem Resolution: Addressing guest concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
