Jo Watson, Senior Complex Care Case Officer: "After working in infection control and rehab settings, I joined Amore as a Support Worker to provide 1-1 care for a gentleman with complex care needs, including autism and learning disabilities. It was daunting at first, but the feedback and support from co-workers and managers helped me settle in. An opportunity arose, and I applied to become a Senior Complex Care Case Officer. Now, I'm surrounded by supportive colleagues and we function as one big family!"
