Job summary Overview of your organisation Abbeyview Surgery is a semi-rural, part dispensing Practice serving circa 9100 patients in Crowland, Lincolnshire. We are CQC Outstanding and our team have won several awards for patient care locally and nationally. To compliment our team of Doctors, ACPs and Nurses and HCAs, our rapidly expanding team includes Diabetes Specialist Nurse, Physio, MSK, Clinical Pharmacists, Care Co-ordinator and Social Prescriber. We have a strong team ethos where all departments work collaboratively to provide the best patient centred care possible.
