About the Role:
As a Learning and Development Trainer, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences for staff, directly impacting the quality of care and support delivered to the people they serve. This role requires regular travel, with some overnight stays, and offers a unique opportunity to see the tangible impact of the training provided in action.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver high-quality training sessions to diverse teams within health and social care services.
* Engage with employees at all levels to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Travel regularly to various locations across the UK, ensuring consistent training delivery.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning and development strategies.
Qualifications:
A recognized training qualification (e.g., PTLLS, Cert in Education, CIPD, or equivalent) or substantial experience delivering training in a health and social care setting.
Required Skills:
* A solid background in the health and social care sector.
* MAYBO accreditation (desirable).
* A creative approach to training and development, with the ability to design and deliver solutions for various audiences.
* Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to engage and inspire.
