Job Responsibilities
1. Review and evaluate enquiry and tender opportunities received by the company, and provide a summarised report to the company directors to assess the suitability of a project for the company.
2. Act as the central point for communication exchange during the tender/enquiry stage process between R1 Construction and the client.
3. Manage, monitor, maintain, and develop company profile and engagement across tender portals.
4. Analyse tender documentation to understand the needs of the client.
5. Identify new opportunities for bid submissions and raise them with the sales team/company management.
6. Conduct project-related research to develop a comprehensive understanding of a specific scheme to support tender returns.
7. Identify the key information required for tender returns, and ensure this is produced, formatted, and submitted with the response.
8. Ensure all key tender return deadlines are met.
9. Work closely with the estimating, technical, health and safety, and live project delivery teams to support the development and submission of tender returns.
10. Conduct team meetings upon successful award of a tender, to brief them fully on project scope and its deliverables.
11. Develop persuasive and detailed proposals and quality question responses.
12. Support company growth targets by identifying new tender opportunities through portals or frameworks.
13. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and strengthen the marketing activities and brand awareness of the company.
14. Ensure all information required for a tender submission is completed, developed, and reviewed prior to submission.
15. Develop the social value objectives, monitoring, and outcomes of the company.
16. Support in the development of the social and corporate responsibility of the company.
